How do the electrical and plumbing systems of the space needle work?

The Building spins and the water is under pressure so i know it can't be an open connection on the water. Please correct me if i am wrong but i believe the electrical system could be brush based. Thank you Larry for the quick response i didn't know only the observation deck spun.
