What are the electrical and chemical changes that occur during the formation of an action potential?

I know the whole process of formation from resting potential up to restoring -70mV after everything, but I am not sure about how to put the process in a way to explain electrical/chemical changes. Thanks.

How can I become a licensed electrician?

I have been told I can just test for it. I have been an Electrician for near 10 years. But none of the time counts because I was never under a Master Electrician. I have done much work for Ford, Chrysler, GM, and Harley-Davidson. Any input would be helpful.

Where would an electrical switch be inside a dishwasher?

The dishwasher will not work. It turns on and runs but there is no water. Roommate's dad said that there is an electrical switch that has to be turned on. Anyone know where in the heck to find it and does it exist?
