I live in California. My dryer was not generating heat. I called a repair man. He informmed me that the dryer was fine and that I needed to call an electrician for the building wireing. Now my assciation is stalling on who owns the wires, me or them.

How much does it cost to have a house w/ aluminum wiring rewired with copper?
I am planning on calling an electrician before we move in. I was just wondering about some ballpark estimates to rewire a home with aluminum wiring (appx. 1900 sq feet).
